Blast in the Past: NSM3 Summer Edition

It’s official. We have now entered the summer season! The kids are sure to love this season as another school year comes to an end. Endless games are sure to ensue and the streets should be busy with kids playing around all day. Ah, such is the life of the youth.

For the adults – but kids at heart, I’m sure – like most of us, we can only wish to relive the past where our only worry is whether we will be allowed to play with our friends outside. Fear not, however, as the National Swap Meet 3 Summer Edition is here to our rescue!

Remember those toys you have been bugging your parents about for your collection? How about those times where you and your friends had a lot of fun time racing each other with Tamiya cars? And how about those dolls? Are they still as fashionable as ever? Or maybe you were the type who was and is still a diehard fan of comics?

I bet that whatever floats your boat back in the past would still rock your world up to this day. The National Swap meet has been running since 2017 and which has drawn over 5,000 participants and toy enthusiasts every year. NSM 3 continues the journey of uniting and celebrating toy communities with event activities such as the most awaited Tamiya 4WD Racing, Funko Bingo, Mino Drone Fun Racing, Collectibles Auction, Cosplay, Band Performances and so much more!

What is even greater is that not only will you get to relive your childhood memories but parts of the proceeds of the National Swap Meet 3 will go to its beneficiary LINK Center for the Deaf. You can also donate your old toys during the event which will be given to the beneficiaries. Awesome!

The event will run from March 29 – March 31, 2019 at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 2. Tickets are priced Php 150 per head but you can register here to get a Php 50 discount until March 24, 2019. You can also check out the FB page of the event here for more information. Hoping to see you there and let’s all have a blast in the past!
